Villa Marguerite
It’s in Eze sur Mer, between Cap Ferrat and Monaco, a place much appreciated for its calm and serene atmosphere that the Villa Marguerite is located. Rebuilt identically on charred ruins, COGEMAD has restored its former splendor. From a black and lifeless desert, we have been able to recreate a park of one hectare in which the villa is nestled in the heart of lush greenery.
Architecture
Villa Marguerite rises from the ashes under the expert hands of COGEMAD thanks to the titanic work and numerous technical prowess. The COGEMAD team had to deploy treasures of ingenuity to achieve this striking result.
The Property
Perched on a hill, the Villa Marguerite offers generous living spaces, exotic gardens and romantic terraces with beautiful views. Inspired by the Belle Epoque era, this sophisticated and luxurious mansion provides 850 sq. metres of family and entertaining space over lower ground, ground, first and second floors.
The estate includes the main villa, a caretaker villa and garages, set in a one hectare immaculate and lush landscaped grounds.
