In over a century, only a single château has been constructed in France. The Château Louis XIV is a new construction that was largely inspired by the magnificent classical palaces built throughout the reign of the eponymous king. A unique architectural feat for our times, the château is located in Louveciennes, in les Yvelines, 20 minutes west of Paris. It boasts a 23-hectar (69 acres) enclosed property just a stone’s throw from Versailles.
It’s in Eze sur Mer, between Cap Ferrat and Monaco, a place much appreciated for its calm and serene atmosphere that the Villa Marguerite is located. Rebuilt identically on charred ruins, COGEMAD has restored its former splendor. From a black and lifeless desert, we have been able to recreate a park of one hectare in which the villa is nestled in the heart of lush greenery.
Located on the 2nd floor of a prestigious Haussmannian classical building, this very gilded and elegant apartment is only a block away from Avenue Georges V and Avenue Montaigne. Its unique waterfront location and breathtaking views on the Eiffel Tower, Alma bridge, Alexander III bridge and the Louvre museum make Lapis Lazuli a very unique apartment in Paris.
The Villa Arc en Ciel, located in the heart of a wooded area of several hectares, offers its residents a little paradise on earth. Everything has been designed in this Provencal architecture Villa so that well-being and sport mingle in the mild climate of the French Riviera, not far from Mougins.
